Abstract:

A 66 yo female underwent anatomic shoulder replacement complicated by infection with Staph Aureus. A staged revision to reverse was completed however this was rapidly complicated by pain and loosening with loss of bone stock. Management of a potentially infected loose revision reverse replacement using a custom prosthesis is described.
