Acromioclavicular (AC) joint injuries are one of the common injuries of the shoulder. The focus of the lecture is on AC joint separation. To understand better, the normal anatomy and kinematics of the AC joint will be reviewed. The classification, diagnosis, and approach to management will be discussed. Some controversies and issues will also be touched on during the lecture.
