Lecture: How I Do my ACLR

ACL reconstruction is the most popular procedure in sport medicine but the result is uncertain because the ACL’s footprint can not exactly recreated and the mechanoreceptor can not preservated.

In this study, we evaluated the primary results of ACL reconstruction with remnant preservation.

After one year follow up, we have 28 cases. Pre-op and post- op Lysholm was 49.25 and 98.125. pre-op and post-op Tegner was 2.625 and 8.75. the good to excenllent result was 96%, fair is 4%.

Remnant preservation ACL reconstruction is a good technique.
