  • Chronic tears: lead to decreased range of motion, weakness, anterior knee pain, instability, poor tissue quality and Quadriceps contraction

  • End-to-End Repair alone is Not Suitable !!

  • Several Surgical techniques to treated and mostly Good and Excellent results

  • Ideal Surgical method is still Controversial because Lack of Large studies
